iMAC 12.1 Windows 10 Fully Working Drivers

 A short tutorial on how to get your iMAC 12.1 fully compatible and working with Windows 10.
Everything works (Speakers , Wifi , Graphics , Usb , Bluetooth etc)

Step1: Get your Windows 7 Installation Disc/Usb boot from it and proceed with installing Windows 7 Pro X64
Step 2: Install BOOTCAMP and let it detect and install all the drivers.
Step3: Activate Windows 7 in case you havent
Step4: Download Windows 10 Update Assistant and install. (Dont select clean installation , keep files and just upgrade OS)
Step 5: Download DriverBooster and let it update the drivers (dont update anything related to Graphics Card)


Enjoy your new Windows Machine.

[FIX] OUTLOOK SEARCH BAR ON TOP

Latest update brought the search bar on top , below you will find how to reset it.




Method #1:


Locate the Coming Soon toggle on top right corner , turn it off , and restart outlook.

Method #2:

You can create a new profile in case some personal settings are corrupted.

If not, some registered settings may be broken during shutdown, reset Outlook related settings in Registry:

Find this path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Outlook

Rename it to Outlook-1

Restart Outlook.

SEAT IBIZA FR 6J - SWITCH PANEL (TPMS FIX)

If you've tried changing your switch panel with a previous model version you'll noticed that the tyre pressure (TPMS) reset button doesn't work.

This is because the pin-outs are different.

Visual Code Studio - Running Scripts Error

SOLUTION:

Open PowerShell as Administrator

Paste and run the following:

set-executionpolicy remotesigned

Remignton Hair Straightener (No Power Fix)

Got a faulty hair straightener that "seems" to lose power here and there? Time for a fix.

As always the process is simple , cut the cable , re-run the power wires , desolder the old ones and solder back the new , and at the end tight em up together.

Here we cut the faulty cable , and took out the spiral plastic to re-use it with our new cable.

De-solder the old wires and solder back the new cables.

End product.

Laptop Paint-Job

Our old laptop needed a complete paint-job on the keyboard surrounding placstics.

All that was needed were Primer and a good plastic paint.

Dissasembly.

Covering the parts that we didnt want to paint.

Final Result.

Einov Camera (No Power)

My outdoor ip camera suddenly stopped working , after some metrics i've came to the conclusion that the power cord was somehow damaged and i had no power over it.

The fix was simple , de-solder the cable from the mainboard , cut the plastic protector , run new wires and resealed it with electrical tape.
